The holiday apartment "Alter Speicher 1" is located on the ground floor of a holiday home and comprises approximately 80 m². We intentionally designed it with an open, loft-like feel. The apartment combines the building's old-world charm with modern, individual living spaces. It is particularly suitable for a family, allowing everyone to spend a relaxing holiday together. There is direct access to the terrace with a barbecue area and the garden. A playground for children and adults has recently been added to the garden. The apartment is ideally located in the border region of Poland, the Czech Republic, and Germany. The cities of Görlitz, Bautzen, and Zittau can be reached in 20 minutes.
